Who We Are
The Piano Maestro Limited school of music was opened in 2019 by Dr. Kimberly J. Scott as a response to the many enquiries for professional music training in Abuja.

All of our classes are designed to ensure that each student receives a thorough understanding of not just repertoire pieces, but also rhythm, solfege (music notation) and basic music theory concepts. Students receive training in both solo and ensemble settings, and give regular recitals throughout the year. Additionally, Piano Maestro Limited offers informal training in capoeira songs and martial arts activities to give the students a well-rounded, after-school experience.

The curriculums used for each instrument are built in cooperation with respected professionals,
and tailored to fit the specific needs of Nigerian students, while ensuring their development to
an international standard.

Each music teacher hired at Piano Maestro Limited engages in weekly master classes arranged by Dr. Kimberly Scott with professional musicians from around the globe. During their tenure with Piano Maestro Limited, the teachers are expected to continue to develop their musical skills through regular concert performances and participation in professional workshops.
